In 1692 Salem, Massachusetts, children were treated as adults, religion was an integral part of the government, people were vindictively seeking power and land, and they uperstitiously feared the unknown surrounding wilderness. All of these actions led to the Salem Witch trials where nineteen men and women and two dogs were convicted and hanged for witchcraft. Based on these historical people and real events, The Crucible, by Arthur Miller, is a dramatic allegory which echoes yet today.

Driected by Marilyn Heberling with stage management by Demos Eitzer, the sizeable cast includes: Mike Bell as Judge Hathorne, Matt Rowe as John Proctor, Carolin Schuetze as Elizabeth Proctor, Greg Shults as Rev. Parris, Steve Schnapper as Rev. Hale, Olivia Rerek as Abigail Williams, Claire Johanson as Mary Warren, Jacqueline Smith as Mercy Lewis, Christine Orchid as Susanna Wolcott, Aurora Straus as Betty Parris, Georgia Dain as Ruth Putnam, Anne Rogers Pearl as Ann Putnam, Daniel Silverstein as Thomas Putnam, Grace Miranda as Tituba, Jan Dyckman as Giles Corey, Constance Dyckman as Rebbeca Nurse, Tom Gorman as Deputy Governor Danforth, Bruce Pearl as Ezekiel Cheever, Evelyn Voura as Sarah Good.
